We are transforming the way we teach to meet the changing needs of students. This means reimagining our world-class teaching material, so that lectures can be accessed digitally, anytime, anywhere in the world. Our tutors are already rethinking course content for mixed online and in-person delivery, sequencing it to work at the students’ pace, and adapting training so that study in community is effective across time zones, locations and languages. In 2026-27 we will be preparing a new suite of modules which can either be taken as single courses, as part of professional development or within a significantly enhanced academic programme.
In time, we also plan to develop our lifelong learning options so that students have the flexibility they need to learn and serve God in their communities.
We need your help: It costs approximately £18,000 to design, create and test a 20-hour mission training module. We are aiming to complete around 12-15 modules each year. We are looking for partners to help provide £220-270,000 per year to fund our Course Innovation Programme.
Our aim is to train more students, where and when they need us and to ensure that financial circumstances are not a barrier to learning. As we adapt our training, we will commit to providing flexible bursaries to cover tuition costs, particularly for students from the majority world.
We need your help: It costs £10,000 for a UK student and £7,500 for an overseas student to access our training free of charge, each year. Our ambition is for 25% of our students to receive a full bursary every year, at a cost of £100,000 in 2025/26, rising to £415,000 by 2030/31 as our student numbers grow.
We will develop authentic partnerships with churches, mission agencies, universities, and other organisations to deliver high-quality mission training in the regions and languages it is most needed.
The Church in Africa, Asia and Latin America has a desire for us to establish a distributed model of missionary training hubs. This will enable local teams to deliver training in-country and support the in-person and online peer communities that enable true inter-cultural understanding.
Our priority in 2026-27 will be to develop a pilot partnership programme and proof of concept in Africa. We will also explore the potential for working in Asia and South America alongside specific mission organisations. Central to this approach is to multiply the impact of the programmes we deliver together.
We need your help: It will cost £250,000 to explore 36 potential partnerships, to secure 8 partners in two years, to reach as many as 2,500 learners within 5 years.
Phase 1 will start in 2026 through the thoughtful and careful sale of our site at Easneye, and the planned transition to a new UK home. The move will enable us to be more accessible and flexible as we continue to help equip the global church for mission. The move enables us to collaborate and partner with other colleges and organisations in the UK, and to support our international programmes.
We need your help: £250,000 philanthropic loan to manage the sale and support the transition, providing the secure platform for our future impact (with the loan to be repaid or converted to a gift once Easneye is sold).
All Nations operates as a non-profit charity and aims to make our training as accessible as possible to those God is calling into missional life and work.
Whatever you can give to support our work is hugely appreciated. Each and every contribution, no matter how big or small, makes a difference.
