All Nations On The Move

An initiative that brings together individuals, families, churches, denominations, mission agencies, mission training schools, and mission organizations from around the world to offer in-person and online mission training across four continents (Matthew 28:19).

All Nations On-The-Move (ANOTM)

Expanding Access and Collaboration in Mission Training Across the Globe

Building partnerships. Empowering learning communities. Transforming mission worldwide

As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, the need for transformative mission training has never been greater. All Nations On-The-Move (ANOTM) is a global initiative dedicated to equipping the body of Christ to engage in God’s mission.

ANOTM now participates in mission training expressions in 15 nations and 10 languages across 4 continents, together with over 35 partners (Psalm 133:1). Over the last 8 years, more than 3,000 people have participated in ANOTM-associated courses.

Through collaborative learning and sustainable partnerships, ANOTM is helping shape the future of mission by co-envisioning, co-developing, and co-delivering, affordable, accessible, and appropriate mission training worldwide.

All Nations On-The-Move: Some 2025 Highlights

It has been a hectic year for the ANOTM team as we continue to expand our global interconnections by building partnerships and fostering mission-training movements around the world. Unfortunately, due to local sensitivities, we are unable to share information about the work in Asia. However, we can share some headlines from Europe, Latin America, and Africa.

Europe: Eight years of En Route Romania and ongoing training in Norway

We graduated 19 En Route Romania VII students in May 2025, before welcoming 28 students for the first intensive of En Route Romania VIII. Conducted in partnership with the Baptist Institute of Bucharest, this initiative involves several All Nations alumni.

In October, an ANOTM team also delivered our annual mission training contribution to three Bible Schools in Norway (Oslo, Trondheim, and Grimstad), reaching over 200 students. The schools are run by Normisjon (Norwegian Mission) and the Norsk Luthersk Misjonssamband (Norwegian Lutheran Mission).

Latin America: Church collaboration and sparking interest in mission

An ANOTM team conducted an exploratory trip to El Salvador in May, resulting in five local churches uniting to plan a mission training course for April 2026. This followed the joint facilitation of two mission training courses organised by our Guatemalan partner, Instituto Para Misión (IPM): five days in February with the Iglesia Evangélica Centroamericana (25 participants) and four days in May with Las Asambleas de Dios (15 participants).

Meanwhile, Louisa Evans led a one-day IPM seminar titled ‘Dialogues for Mission: The Current Challenges of Buddhist and Hindu Religions for Mission Today’ in June, with 25 participants, before an ANOTM team (comprising Guatemalans and internationals) also organised a four-day mission trip. This included visiting churches and meeting with All Nations alumni, as well as speaking at an annual ‘Missions Day’ event, further strengthening our ties with diverse communities in Guatemala.

In August, in Argentina and Chile, Richard and Louisa Evans facilitated follow-up mission training events for various churches and denominations across several cities. Funded from the ANOTM budget, these sessions reinforced and extended our commitment to supporting mission training in the region.

Africa: New possibilities in Kenya and ongoing training in Burundi

In East Africa, an ANOTM team completed an exploratory trip to Nairobi, Kenya, to discuss the sustainable establishment of the En Route course in this context. During meetings with several potential partner organisations and All Nations Alumni, we received warm hospitality while having overwhelmingly constructive discussions.

Since 2019, All Nations has partnered with the Great Lakes School of Theology and Leadership in Bujumbura, Burundi, to deliver the En Route Express course (in April and December 2022), and facilitate intensive trainings on Missional Anthropology (with Hannah Green, September 2024) and Community Transformation (led by Mark Galpin, September 2025). The latter two courses, each attracting more than 50 local leaders and seminary students, were very well received. A follow-up Express Course with the Burundi School of Mission is planned for January 2026.

Insights from Our Global Engagement

  • We are observing that the global appetite for mission training is significant and increasing, at individual, family, church, and denominational levels.

  • We are seeing more openness to possibilities of inter-denominational mission training.

  • We are witnessing increasingly productive mission training collaboration between organisations from the Global South and Global North, as well as between partners across the Global South.

As a result, we are receiving a growing number of enquiries for mission training collaboration from an increasingly diverse range of individuals, churches, and denominations through the ANOTM page on our website and the Beyond Easneye email address.

Looking Ahead

The groundwork laid over the last eight years and the mission training conducted during that time continue to yield new and exciting opportunities for global collaboration. Consequently, we have a full year ahead, with multiple follow-up courses and several new mission training activities planned for 2026. By God’s grace, our global partnerships continue to grow, enabling us to prepare more people for effective engagement in His transformative mission work.
