All Nations On The Move

Expanding access and collaboration in mission training across the globe

All Nations On-The-Move (ANOTM)

Empowering communities. Building partnerships. Transforming mission worldwide.

Emerging in 2016 with the offering of En Route courses in Romanian, together with the Baptist Institute of Bucharest, and in Lingala, in Kinshasa, together with Audacious Faith Ministries International, ANOTM now participates in mission training expressions in 15 nations and 10 languages across 4 continents, together with over 35 partners (Psalm 133:1). Over the last 8 years, more than 3,000 people have participated in ANOTM-associated courses.

An initiative that accords with All Nations’ vision to provide high-quality mission training that is flexible, appropriate, affordable, and accessible, ANOTM offers opportunities for collaboration with like-minded global partners that combine our respective time, talents, and resources (2 Corinthians 9.7)—understanding that the foundation of every missional endeavour is deep friendship, high-levels of trust, and consistent mutual support.

2025 Highlights

As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, the need for effective mission training has never been greater. ANOTM is a global initiative dedicated to equipping individuals, churches, and communities for transformative mission work. Through collaborative learning and sustainable partnerships, ANOTM is shaping the future of mission across continents.

Eight years of En Route Romania and training in Norway

Two En Route Romania intensive training courses have taken plan this year so far, with 19 students attending in May, and 28 students in October - the largest cohort in nine years! We are pleased that this programme continues to thrive as we move into our eighth year of partnership with the Baptist Institute of Bucharest. Initiated with All Nations alumni, this sustainable project is funded by student fees and the next intensive week is scheduled for December.

We were also pleased to continue our annual Three-Colleges mission training in Oslo, Trondheim, and Grimstad during the autumn, reaching over 200 students and funded by Norwegian colleges.

Church collaboration and sparking interest in mission

May 2025 saw an exploratory trip by the ANOTM team to El Salvador, which resulted in five local churches uniting to plan an Express course for 2026.

Also in May, a four-day mission training course was held with the Assemblies of God Church in Guatemala, engaging 15 participants and co-facilitated by Gladiz Gíron, a UK alumnus. We have already scheduled a follow-up for April 2026, and we are excited at the potential for this mission training. Additionally, Louisa led a one-day seminar on ‘Dialogues for Mission: The Current Challenges of Buddhist and Hindu Religions for Mission Today’, attended by 25 participants and hosted by our partner Instituto Para Misión. The ANOTM team also joined a four-day mission trip, visited churches and spoke at an annual ‘Missions Day’ event, further strengthening our ties in Guatemala.

We attended follow-up mission training events in Argentina and Chile during August. These impactful sessions were funded by the ANOTM budget, reinforcing our commitment to supporting mission growth in the region.

New possibilities in Kenya and training in Burundi

In East Africa, the ANOTM team completed an exploratory trip to Nairobi, Kenya to discuss the long-term possibilities of delivering the En Route course in this context.

ANOTM Partnership with Great Lakes School of Theology and Leadership in Burundi

Since 2019, All Nations has partnered with Great Lakes School of Theology and Leadership in Bujumbura, Burundi to facilitate training on topics such as integral mission, community transformation and the role of the Church. This September, Dr Mark Galpin facilitated a Community Transformation intensive course with over 40 with Church and community leaders. It was an engaging and effective week, watch our recap video to learn more (insert video).

  • Growing Demand: God’s mission is in progress and we are observing an interest in mission training is rising across individuals, families, churches, and denominations, both in new and well-established locations.

  • Global partnerships: We are seeing greater recognition of the need to work together with others in their area to enable individuals and churches to engage in mission locally and globally. We have witnessed productive collaborations with those who are seeking to design and deliver mission training in increasingly creative, flexible, and cutting-edge ways.

  • Cross-Denominational Openness: We are seeing increased openness to possibilities of inter-denominational and inter-stream mission training.

  • Recognition of the need to improve accessibility: We are noticing an increasing desire to improve accessibility to mission training – “if mission is for the whole church, the whole church needs training,”.  As part of this, we are engaging with folks who are developing increasingly innovative means of resourcing mission and mission training,

The groundwork laid during these months sets the stage for an exciting year ahead, with multiple follow-up courses and new mission training opportunities planned for 2026. Our global partnerships continue to grow, enabling us to reach more communities and equip leaders for transformative mission work.
