This album is an exciting example of how each culture from around the world can use its unique and artistic expressions to worship the one true God. Our very own students have helped to compile this C.D and as you listen to the worship you will be touched by different expressions, the genuine love for God exposed, the beauty of their songs, and their solid biblical and faith perspective.
Please consider buying a cd for your enjoyment. All proceeds will go towards supporting the College. Many thanks.
All Nations introduces its new CD “Mosaic” expressions of global worship.
'Mission is not the ultimate goal of the church. Worship is. Missions exist because worship doesn't. Worship is ultimate.' (John Piper, Let the Nations Be Glad!)Mission and worship are so closely connected. Worship is the fuel and goal of mission, and mission fuels worship.
Here at All Nations we have combined our training for cross-cultural mission with the worship gifts of our staff and students to produce a beautiful and uplifting CD of multicultural worship songs, “Mosaic”. It’s a “mosaic” of different songs from around the world, giving you a glimpse of the creativity and diversity of our international students. Each one brings the riches of their own cultural background, and their creative and performance gifts, to offer acceptable, beautiful and joyful worship to the God of all nations.
The album is an exciting example of ethnodoxology - the theological and anthropological study, and practical application, of how each culture can use its unique and diverse artistic expressions appropriately to worship the one true God. Music expresses the deepest truths of our faith, and touches our hearts and minds in ways that learned volumes of systematic theology often fail to reach. New songs of worship accompany the reviving and renewing work of the Holy Spirit, and effective mission calls for new songs and new forms of worship at the interspace between culture and faith. Here are some highlights from the album.
