15th March 2023

We wish to announce that Andy and Emma Dipper are moving to serve in Central Asia, which means that Andy will step down from his post as Principal and CEO of All Nations on 14 April 2023. While we hold them in our prayers and will miss them deeply, we want to affirm, bless and support this next step as they live out the purpose of the college.

Everyone at All Nations has been blessed to have Rev Dr V.J. Samkutty (Sam) serving as part of our community for more than 20 years. He is our long-standing Vice Principal and will take on the role of Interim Principal and CEO, as he did in 2015–2016.

Sam has the full support of our experienced, energetic senior leadership team as he continues to ensure that the services and student experience remain the highest quality across our undergraduate and postgraduate offering and accredited training. The whole community are committed to continuing to propel the college forward, according to our vision and strategy.

Please pray for Andy and Emma. They have served the college with immense diligence over the last seven years, in particular guiding the community through the pandemic. We are hugely grateful for the leadership and support they have shown. The 70+ graduations we have had over the last academic year are testament to their accomplishments.

As they embark on the next part of God’s plan for them, Andy will take up an ambassadorial role, representing the college internationally and connecting us to more partners worldwide.

In the longer term, the Board will seek new leadership to secure the lasting succession of the vision of All Nations: to be a fountain of blessing to the church and to the world.

All Nations will continue to endeavour to reach new areas of the world, both online and in person.

We are all committed to increasing accessibility to excellent training, maintaining relevance in our intercultural world, and creating many more opportunities for the next generation of missional thinkers and practitioners to be formed and shaped.

If you would like to find out more, or if you would like to partner with us in this vision, please get in touch.

Finally, please remember us in your prayers: asking that God would call more people into ministry and missional life and work this Easter. Thank you to all our community for your support, encouragement and partnership in the gospel.

May God bless you.

All Nations Board and Senior Leadership Team
