All Nations is looking for Missionaries in Residence – Could this be the role for you?

All Nations is currently seeking Missionaries in Residence with recent cross-cultural experience to join the staff team for a period between 1-2 years in either a Tutor or Support Staff capacity. Do you know anyone who might be interested?

Below is an overview of a Tutor role. We are also interested in recruiting those with particular expertise in IT/ film/ the arts/ administration etc.

Tutor Role


  • Leading a Tutor group and tutoring between 10-12 students
  • Teaching Theology, Biblical studies, Cross-cultural mission studies, Pastoral studies
  • Attending relevant Committee/Board and Staff meetings
  • Participating in daily College activities
  • 1-2 years of service approx. 40 weeks of the year.

Experience/ Qualifications

  • MA/PhD
  • Cross-cultural mission experience
  • Teaching in a cross-cultural context
  • Providing Pastoral care
