Prayer: the Place of Instruction in the Ways of God (Paul Hawkins, US)

People from many nations will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of Jacob’s God. There he will teach us his ways, and we will walk in his paths.” (Isaiah 2:3, NLT)

Prayer Ignite iis a new series of monthly online training events starting in Autumn 2020, where we hope to equip, inspire and fuel a passion for prayer for the nations.

Prayer is the place of instruction in the ways of God.  If you want to grow in knowing God and get some training in intercessory prayer, come join us on Zoom as we receive teaching from various mission practitioners globally, and get an opportunity to pray with other mission-minded believers over a specific prayer focus facilitated by a different prayer leader each month!

Each session takes place over a 2-hour Zoom session that includes Welcome and Worship, Teaching, Breakout Group Discussion and a Prayer Focus.

Here are the other confirmed topics and dates for Autumn 2020:

12th Dec (Sat), 2 – 4pm:  Praying for Governmental Authorities (Dr. T, UK) Upon request, the full name of this speaker is not disclosed for sensitive reasons

There is no fixed charge for this online event, but do prayerfully consider giving a freewill offering to the college to cover online costs.

This is not a full course in itself, but each session is a standalone event that requires registration, so we can keep track of participant numbers and send you the Zoom login details. Zoom details will be emailed to all registered participants 2 days before the event. If you do not receive it at least the day before, please check your junk mail folder. Registration for each event closes 3 days before the event date

All times listed above are standard UK times.  If you are joining us from a different time zone, please work out your time difference accordingly.
