Online Zoom Event
15th June 2022
9.45–2.00
This workshop is designed for those involved in Member Care and Staff Wellbeing, or other strategic leadership roles in churches and organisations. The purpose is to identify potential tension points between those two spheres of responsibility, and explore how these can be navigated together. Questions to be addressed include:
Join with other member care, staff care and wellbeing providers, and organisational leaders for a time of input, conversation, networking and professional development as we explore the vital relationship between leadership and staff care.
Why not get your organisation to sign up for two spaces (one for someone in staff care and one for someone in strategic leadership) so you can interact and continue the rich conversation within your organisation?
